To start we have created a default account and activated 6 business applications (see below) The account console gives access to all account functions, like creating new web custom
applications or creating users. The advanced administration site gives you access
to all plataform functionalities including the account functions. You can create new SaaS accounts here.

|

This is a customer relationship management system for your collaborators and employees.
You can manage leads, accounts, opportunities, contacts, cases and solutions.

|
|
This site belongs to the customer system and allows your customer to open new cases
online and track the situation. To benefit from this you should be hosted in an
Internet accessible server.

Account Administation
|
This is the default account console. Here you can manage
your applications, users, contexts, templates and other information.
Each account as an independent database context. Each account can have several
independent applications or sites. You can create new accounts here.

Advanced Administration
|
|
To the basic administration functionalities you should use the account administration
console. This site gives you access to all plataform functionalities, incluing
account functions. Here you can
create new packages, workareas, views, contexts, users.
